Congrats Clay!

Back in August of 2022, Clayton Wollner, the lab's first graduate student defended his thesis: "Investigating Protein Expression, Immunogenicity, and Protection of Modified mRNA Dengue Vaccine." Clay was pivotal in helping establish protocols that are still used in the lab today. During his time at UIC, he was a wonderful mentor to Tanmayee during her time as an undergrad. His project will be inherited by Enzo, who will continue developing a Dengue vaccine using an mRNA vaccine platform. Clay is currently working for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in New York City. Hope the Big Apple is treating you well Clay!
